This Sunday we’re in our third week on the theme “Journey”. We’re going to work through a number of interactive stations, each of which ask us to engage in an activity and then answer a few questions. This is about learning how to recognize the presence of Christ in our everyday activities. This is about transforming the ordinary into the phenomenal. This is about recognizing that days filled with the ordinary – work, school, laundry, walking the dog – are also days in which God is at work in the world.

Our world.      Right where we are.      Today.

Yes, the Spirit Jesus is present everywhere. Yes, God is always at work, redeeming, restoring, and transforming the world. Whether we’re aware of his presence or not, God is present. God is up to something.

This is about recognizing the presence of Christ in the midst of our everyday lives.Why?

So that our lives can be more than simply doing.

So that our everyday lives can become worship.

So that we can participate fully in the work of God.

This is going to be an amazing Sunday morning!
